Terms of use

These terms apply when you use PlayCrest World. By visiting the site, you agree to them. They are written plainly because the site is plain, a small free room with two browser games and nothing for sale.

1. Who the site is for

PlayCrest World is for adults aged 18 or older. By confirming your age and continuing past the age gate, you state that you meet that minimum. If you are under 18, you must leave the site.

2. Virtual coins have no monetary value

The pieces in the Game Room use virtual chips that exist only as numbers in your browser. They cannot be bought, sold, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into money or any other thing of value. They have no value to us either. They are scenery for the game, nothing more.

3. No real-money gambling

Nothing on this site involves wagering, betting, depositing funds, or paying out funds. There is no balance to maintain between sessions. There is no prize. The site is for entertainment only.

4. Use the site lawfully

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, reverse-engineer the games for fraudulent purposes, scrape the pages at volume, or use the site to harass anyone. We may restrict access if it is being abused.

5. The site as-is

We try to keep the room tidy and the pieces playable. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, free of bugs, or compatible with every browser and device. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

6. Third-party links

The site links out only to a small number of public-information websites (for example, the Responsible Gaming page links to Norwegian gambling-support organisations). We are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by ordinary contract and consumer-protection principles. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any dispute will be addressed in the courts of competent jurisdiction at the visitor's place of residence where local law requires it.
